Deep cleaning and conditioning of the fretboard and frets
Restringing with your provided set or a selection from my limited stock
Full setup tailored to your preferred specification
Cleaning of electronics and minor repairs (parts priced separately)
Precision nut slot filing for ideal string break angle and smooth movement
Pickup height adjustment for optimal performance
Output jack replacement (+£10)
Strap button repair
Extra Cool Service
£80-£110
This service is designed for instruments that require more extensive work beyond a routine setup to achieve optimal playability and tone. It is particularly suited for guitars needing fretwork or structural improvements. A full setup is included upon completion.
Service Includes:
Precision fret leveling, dressing, and polishing
Fretboard repairs (price on assessment)
Custom nut installation (+£40)
Pickup replacement
Hardware replacement and upgrades
Complete electronics overhaul (+£40, parts priced separately)
Full pocket shims for neck adjustments
Every guitar is unique, and the time, skill, and attention required will vary. Pricing may be adjusted if additional problem-solving or extensive modifications are needed. If drilling or routing is required for new hardware or pickups, an extra fee will apply.
